Meditating on the Dao

November 17, 2009

Do not desire what jingles like jade,
but what rumbles like rock!

Text via Wengu, translation by Philip Ivanhoe.

    I couldn’t help but revise that a fraction.

    Do not desire what rumbles like rock;
    but what jangles like jazz!
